These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RDY2WRK (the “Service”), operated by Apna Vikas Online Services Private Limited (“Apna Vikas”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). RDY2WRK is owned by Apna Vikas. Apna Vikas® is a registered trademark in India.
By creating an account, downloading the app, purchasing credits, redeeming any promotional or bonus benefit, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
In plain terms (summary only — the full Terms control): purchased credits are generally non-refundable; bonus / free / promotional credits and promo codes are offered entirely at our discretion and may change or be withdrawn without prior notice; we may update these Terms and related policies at any time by posting an updated version; and we design our commercial terms to support a sustainable business while seeking to deliver maximum practical value to users.
1. The Service (live product)
RDY2WRK is a live product offering personality-aware career support. Features, availability, capacity, pricing, credit economics, and performance may change at any time. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may suspend, limit, modify, or discontinue features or the entire Service at any time, with or without prior notice, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is not directed at children. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with laws that apply to you, including if you access the Service from outside India.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.
- Notify us promptly through our data-request form if you suspect unauthorised access.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security, fraud, abuse, or operational risks.
4. Nature of the Service
RDY2WRK provides personality-aware career support, including Enneagram-based assessment, project workspaces, document handling, and AI coaching tools (such as counselling, interview practice, and document review). Specific tools may require admin approval or paid credits.
We may modify, limit, or remove features; impose, change, or remove usage limits; change credit pricing, pack sizes, consumption rates, grant rules, validity periods, and related commercial parameters; and adjust how the Service operates — at any time and, except where mandatory law requires otherwise, without prior notice. Where we choose to communicate a change (for example in the app or on this website), that communication is a courtesy and does not create a duty of advance notice for future changes.
Our decisions regarding product design, pricing, credits, promotions, and related policies are made with the intent of operating a sustainable business over time while seeking to provide maximum value to users through personality-aware coaching and related tools. Nothing in these Terms obliges us to maintain any particular price, credit amount, promotion, feature set, or commercial model indefinitely.
5. AI outputs and professional advice
AI-generated content is for coaching and informational purposes only. It is not legal, medical, psychological, financial, or employment advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and decisions you make in your job search. Do not rely on the Service as a substitute for professional advice or human judgment.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of documents, messages, and other content you submit (“User Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit, and use User Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service (including sending relevant context to cloud AI providers), as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to submit content that:
- infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or deceptive;
- contains malware or attempts to disrupt the Service;
- includes sensitive personal data about third parties without lawful authority.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, scrape, or probe the Service except as permitted by law;
- bypass usage limits, credit gates, or security controls;
- use the Service to generate spam, malware, or harmful content;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- abuse promotional offers, bonus credits, referral schemes, or payment flows;
- use automated means to access the Service without our written permission.
8. Credits, promotions, and payments
Certain features consume credits. Credits may be provided as bonus (free / promotional) allocations or as purchased credits after payment. On Android, purchases may be processed through Google Play. Alternative or web payment rails (for example Razorpay / User Choice Billing, where enabled) may also apply. The payment terms, policies, and dispute processes of those providers apply to their checkout flows in addition to these Terms.
8.1 Discretionary bonus, free, and promotional credits
Any bonus credits, free credits, complimentary allocations, sponsored grants, welcome credits, loyalty credits, or similar non-purchased benefits (together, “Bonus Credits”) are offered solely at the absolute and unfettered discretion of Apna Vikas. Bonus Credits are a commercial courtesy and goodwill benefit — not a vested right, not a gift of cash, and not a guarantee of any particular future allocation.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right at any time, with or without cause, and without any prior notice or liability to you, to:
- decide whether to issue Bonus Credits at all, to whom, in what amounts, and under what conditions;
- change validity periods, expiry dates, cutoff dates, consumption order, stacking rules, and display of Bonus Credits;
- reduce, revoke, expire, forfeit, reclassify, or cancel unused Bonus Credits already issued to an account (including for business, operational, sustainability, abuse-prevention, or product-redesign reasons);
- correct errors in grant amounts or expiry metadata;
- deny or reverse Bonus Credits obtained through abuse, multiple accounts, automation, or other misconduct.
Where we currently show an expiry date for Bonus Credits in the app (for example expiry at 23:59:59 India Standard Time (IST) on a stated date, or the earlier of a day-count and a platform cutoff), that display describes the then-current configuration only and does not prevent us from changing validity rules prospectively or, where we deem necessary, adjusting or withdrawing Bonus Credits already issued. Expired or revoked Bonus Credits cannot be restored except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Bonus Credits are generally consumed before purchased credits when you use AI features, unless we configure otherwise.
8.2 Promotional codes and partner offers
Promotional codes, discount codes, coupon codes, referral codes, partner codes, and similar instruments (together, “Promo Codes”) may be made available to the general public, to selected users, or through selected partners, affiliates, employers, educational institutions, or other channels — entirely at our sole discretion. We may create, modify, suspend, or terminate any Promo Code programme, eligibility rule, discount percentage, usage limit, geographic restriction, combinability rule, or validity window at any time without prior notice.
Promo Codes have no cash value, are non-transferable unless we expressly allow transfer, may not be sold or exchanged, and may be cancelled or refused if we reasonably believe they were obtained or used improperly. Redemption of a Promo Code does not create any ongoing entitlement to future discounts or credits. Partner-distributed codes remain subject to these Terms and to any additional partner-facing conditions we publish.
8.3 Purchased credits — no voluntary refunds
Once credits are purchased, they will not be refunded by us. All purchases of credit packs or similar paid entitlements are final. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Apna Vikas does not offer voluntary refunds, cancellations, chargebacks-to-cash, cash-outs, withdrawals, or exchanges of purchased credits (whether unused, partially used, expired, or remaining after account closure), except only where mandatory applicable law or a binding order of a competent authority expressly requires a monetary remedy that cannot be waived by contract.
Without limiting the above: dissatisfaction with AI outputs; change of mind; unused balance; expiry of credits; account inactivity; deletion of projects or documents; feature changes; temporary outages; or your decision to stop using the Service do not entitle you to a refund from us.
Purchased credits are not valid indefinitely. Each purchased grant has an expiry date set when the credits are issued (default one year from issue unless stated otherwise at purchase). Expiry is at 23:59:59 IST on that date unless we state otherwise. Before you complete a purchase, we will show material purchase details (such as amount, price, and expiry) as then configured. Unused purchased credits expire at the end of the expiry date and cannot be used thereafter.
If a payment platform, card network, bank, or store (for example Google Play) reverses, voids, or chargebacks a payment under that platform’s own rules, we may, without prejudice to our no-refund policy as between you and us, recover, reverse, or claw back some or all credits associated with that purchase (including in a manner that may leave your credit balance at zero or negative), suspend paid features, and/or restrict AI access until your balance is again above zero. Platform-mandated payment reversals do not constitute a voluntary refund offered by Apna Vikas.
8.4 General commercial terms
- Prices, grant amounts, consumption rates, TTL / validity days, cutoff dates, and related rules may change at any time for new purchases and, for Bonus Credits / Promo Codes, as described above — including without prior notice.
- Credits (bonus or purchased) are non-transferable between accounts except as we expressly allow in writing.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency.
- Abuse of payments, promotions, or credit systems may result in forfeiture of benefits, account suspension, and recovery of improperly obtained credits, without refund.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, branding, assessment content, research materials, prompts, and design, is owned by Apna Vikas or its licensors. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no licence is granted to you. You may not use Apna Vikas® or RDY2WRK marks without our prior written consent.
10. Third-party services
The Service integrates third-party services (for example cloud hosting, large language models and related AI infrastructure, reCAPTCHA, LinkedIn sign-in, analytics, and payment providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us. To request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data, use our data-request form.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apna Vikas and its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) one thousand Indian rupees (₹1,000), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless Apna Vikas from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion through our data-request form (subject to verification). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, unused credits (bonus or purchased) are not refunded upon suspension, termination, or account deletion.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country (including the EEA or UK) give you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence or otherwise provide rights that cannot be waived by contract.
17. Changes to these Terms and related policies
We may amend, replace, supplement, or withdraw these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any related commercial or product policies at any time, in our sole discretion, including without prior notice to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The current version will be posted on this website (and/or made available in the app) with an updated “Last updated” date.
Your continued access to or use of the Service after an updated version is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms (and related policies), except where mandatory applicable law requires a different form of notice or consent. If you do not agree to a change, you must stop using the Service. We may, but are not obliged to, provide additional notice of material changes through the app, email, or other channels; failure to provide such additional notice does not invalidate a change that has been posted.
